Over the past year I have lost 45 pounds by cleaning up my eating (I've used Weight Watchers - flex plan originally to get my portions under control and more recently switched to core which focuses on lean meats, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains) and working out (running 2 - 3 times a week, step aerobics or kickboxing 1 - 2 days a week, and weight training - every body part 1 - 3 times a week depending on which DVD series I chose that week). The Cathe workouts have really helped build my muscles strength but I have a layer of fat preventing me from showing alot of definition. I still have a couple of pounds to go before I get to my goal weight (a recent visit to my doctor verified this would be a healthy weight for me given my height and body shape). I have reviewed a number of the rotations Cathe has listed in the past but I must admit I'm a bit overwhelmed - I'm not sure which ones to pick to maximize fat loss and gain some muscle definition. I was wondering if anyone could offer recomendations of rotations they have done in the past that they felt worked well.
Thanks for any suggestions.
