Rotation request

I would suggest your cardio workouts be mostly metabolic workouts in which the focus is on compound movements. These are great because they keep your body releasing growth hormone to ensure as much strength and muscular growth as possible while dieting. I would suggest three to four metabolic workouts per week ( ie: Afterburn, Crossfire, Super Cuts, X10) and additionally lift heavy weights three times per week (ie: my gym style workouts from the hard core series). Do the above workouts all within an 8 day period & take one day off of working out and start this all over again. This must accompany a clean diet or your results will be minimal for fat loss.

You posted this in reply to someone who wants to lose fat while maintaining/enhancing muscle. As this is a goal that many of us share, could you please put together a rotation based on this concept? (Maybe for January, when so many are trying to lose their holiday pounds.) I love the idea of focusing on metabolic workouts and heavy weights, but I'm not always sure which dvds are considered metabolic. Thanks for everything!

I mean I support this request :):). Cardio leg blast would be relevant to the purpose of the rotation:):):)

It would be a month of total blaze;):D
 
I'm definately in! I love this idea. Just think of the "shock your body" effect it would have! Metabolic wkouts can be TOUGH!!! January is the perfect time too! Great suggestion :eek:
 
This sounds great, maybe even taking advantage of some of the great premixes to really mix things up!
 
I agree! Although I could do with it pre-christmas, as I seem to expand at the same rate as my social diary.....
 
I was just thinking how I would love a rotation like this then I saw this thread!!! Would be perfect for January!!

Darn...my plan was to start STS in January! But this rotation sounds like it will be hard yet tons of fun. Hmmmm STS may have to wait a month.
