Rotation Request Please :)

Hello All,

After much, much research I am trying to put together a new rotation for myself. On my neverending quest to build strong, lean muscles, (and while losing fat to my delight hehe ) I have been doing primarily the weight sections from 4DS consecutively for approx. 10 weeks. I just started incorporating the GS workouts (minus legs) also once a week. So, I'm lifting 6 times a week. I love it, but I think it's time for a change so I just ordered S&H.

Can someone recommend a rotation using S&H while still incorporating GS? I can definitely see results from what I've been doing but I'm looking for some good definition.

Thanks so much :) Yeah, I thought about asking Debbie her opinion but don't want to bother her. I just like to see what other people have put together that gets results... I think I can do 4DS in my sleep! :7
