Hi there! I'm looking for some helpful advice, please. Fitness Freak (and others), are you out there??
I am 34 years old, 5'9" and 136ish pounds. Since March 2007 when I had my second baby, I have lost almost 70 pounds. I have always had to watch my weight and gain weight easily. I also build muscle easily, so I'm mix of two body types, most likely. I love cardio and have always been a bit of a cardio junkie. I am pretty fit now- I can do Cathe's advanced cardio workouts (IMAX) and her advanced circuits (Body Max2, BC, Drill Max). I workout between 60-90 minutes 5 or 6 days a week.
I am toying with the idea of building muscle- switching the focus from weight loss to muscle gain. But, having said that, I just can't give up the hope of weighing 130. I don't know if it is just the number in my head or the hope that it will further help me lean out a bit, especially in the middle. I know part of the issue is loose skin (no changing that) but I still think I have a wee bit of fat I could stand to lose and am hoping that with the 6 pounds it will make a dent (literally) in it.
So, that is my long winded way of asking for a rotation recommendation to help me lose the last 6 before I switch my focus. I have been browsing the rotations but can't commit without asking for advice first!
Also, any thoughts on calorie intake? I'm a Weight Watchers girl and seriously don't think I'm eating enough, but maybe that is wishful thinking. My weight has been stuck here for a while and I know it isn't because I'm not exercising enough. I think my calories are around 1500 or so- maybe I should consider PN?
Thanks in advance!
