Rotation Question

What's better:

Week 1: 2 Full Body Weights and 3 cardio days
Week 2: GS Serie and 2 cardio days
Week 3: S&H Serie and 2 cardio days
Repeat 4 times.

OR

Month 1: Full Body weights and cardio
Month2: GS Serie and cardio
Month3: S&H and cardio

I get bored doing the same thing for a month. So I am doing the 1st option right now

Would I get better results (Loosing inches is my goal and would never say no to toning) sticking to the exact same thing for one month or sticking to the 1st kind of rotation?

Darine,

The mixtures are great. Each week/month a different way of exercising will fool your body into better results. I would say do the 4 and repeat and or the monthly ones too. Also if you want to, there are rotations from Cathe and Fitnessfreak, it all depends what you want out of the exercises. Lose wieght, gain muscle, both? You decide and then pick out the one you think you might like. There are so many to chose from. But, Like I said, there is nothing wrong with your idea either. Also not everyone has all the DVD's and so they make do with what they have, or along with Cathe, use other instructors to meet the requirements.
