Rotation question

In Cathe's rotation suggestion, she indicates to do PLB and the first 5 intervals of IMAX II. Which should you do first? I do not need to lose any weight, but I would like to firm up a little. I'm afraid if I do the weights first my legs will be too tired to do cardio. Should the cardio be used as a warm-up?

I always do cardio before any type of weight lifting. It is a good warm up and I know that once I get done with my weights I feel whipped. I don't even like getting on the floor and doing ab work until I am all done on my feet. I always do my abs last, because once I ger on the floor I do not want to get up.
