rotation question

Hi, Cathe...

Here's my question...I know that we are supposed to mix things up to keep the muscles shocked and changed up our routine every so often. Say I was to do Muscle Max as my strength training workout for 6 weeks, then I jumped to Pyramid Upper Body for 6 weeks, and then went back to Muscle Max for the next 6 week period.

Will my results suffer at all because I'll be going back to a workout I have already done in the past? Is it ok to change it up to do a workout I've already done in the past?

Thanks!

Hi Jerry! You are fine doing what you stated here. In fact when you go back to Muscle Max you will 1) most likey be able to do the workots with heavier weight on many of the exercises 2) Get quite sore doing Muscle Max from being away from it

Good Luck and watch your back!

Cathe,

That's what I was hoping to hear!!!!! Thanks!! Weight work is good for spinal stenosis, I just need to lighten up the weights I have been using in the past.

The overhead pull-overs from Muscle Max are/is my all-time favorite back exercise, I feel totally stretched out when I do it!
