rotation question

I have the following video and would like to know how you would rotate them if you were willing to spending 60 minutes per day to the video selection

MIS
MIC
Body Max
Interval Max
strength traing series (all three)
 
Rotation

I think it would be best if you also incorporated other forms of cardio activity(say kick boxing, indoor cycling for video selection. Running, brisk walking, biking, for outdoor activities).

Fortunately, of the videos that you do have, they have a good amount of variety within them.

If I were given this to work with, I would do the following rotation for about 3 weeks and then switch to something else.

Mon/ Bodymax

Tues/ PS Legs

Wed/ off

Thurs/ Intervalmax

Fri/ MIS

Sat/ MIC

Sun/ off

....................OPTION 2:

Mon/ Bodymax

Tues/ off

Wed/ PS Legs

Thurs/ Intervalmax

Fri/ PS B,B,A

Sat/ PS, C,S,T

Sun/ MIC
