rotation question for FitnessFreak

Hi Debbie -

I am on the 4th week of your Get Ready for Summer 2008 rotation and am really pleased with the increased definition in my upper body. Unfortunately, there is still too much extra fat on top of the muscles to really be defined (problem areas are triceps for upper body and then the lower body in general). Can you recommend a good rotation to do next that would help blast away some of this stubborn extra weight? I was thinking some combination of cardio, circuits, and an occasional total body weight work. What do you think?
