I'm sure this has been addressed before, but I wasn't around by that time. I have noticed that the Rotations Cathe is posting are a series of weeks in which you do something different in each one. I used to believe that a rotation was composed of several weeks in which you do the same each week. I am not complaining, because I like variety. I just wonder if there is a specific reason for that, other than the variety factor. For example, is it a more effective way to train?
I posted this in the Cathe forum also.
