Rotation Opinion

Hi,
I am wanting to start up a PS rotation and would just like to get some opinions. I am thinking maybe doing each tape once per week with cardio in between OR doing the three tapes consecutively and adding in Power Hour (with a cardio day in between) OR doing each PS tape twice per week.
I am looking to build some muscle and *really* firm up.

I am heading into my third week of using the PS Series and Power Hour. I really like it!!! It is working out good for me. I have also been doing the LBS, and squeezing in leg workouts, and cardio. My husband told me today my legs looked thinner, and I can tell my arms are getting more toned too. I am happy!!!!! I have also been following WW's to lose that last 10.....but I am happy with my rotation and like the results I am getting!!

PS CST + CTX Power Circuit Cardio portion only
CardioKicks + PS Legs Floor work only
PS BBA + CTX Step & Intervals Cardio only, or any cardio
PS LA entire tape
Interval Max or MIC or Step tape of choice
MIS upper body and abs only +/- a short cardio session
Circuit Max used as a leg workout +/- abs

I do throw a rest day in there whenever it fits in best and I will sometimes shuffle the PS floor leg workout add-on around, all depends on my schedule. I try to keep my cardio varied thru the week, ie. I try not to do all step etc. I dont always stick to the above, but it's my goal each week. I'm thinking about doing a strictly CTX or doing a S&H rotation next, but I'm still continuing to see results on this rotation so we'll see what happens!
