Rotation ideas!!

I have finally received my first Cathe DVD..KPC and started using it...wow what a workout!

I would like to order a couple more so that I can start a rotation some time in February. Bare in mind my current goal is to lose about 15lbs.

Any recommendations on which DVDs to get and suggestions of a rotation?

I have looked for similar threads but not found any that addresses a beginner Cathe collector. If I have missed it please post the thread.

Thanks in advance for all the information!

Tina.

I think the best kick-off DVD(s) to start your Cathe Collection and an introductory rotation would be the Cross Train Express (CTX) Series (which is actually a 2-disc set; discs are not sold separately) and the Timesaver DVD from the Body Blast Series.

CTX includes 6 complete 1-hour workouts, 5 of which include cardio and single-muscle upper body strengthening segments, 4 of which include ab / core segments, and one of which is almost totally devoted to leg strengthening (Leaner Legs, which also has an ab segment). It's a no-brainer for a rotation set-up, because you just do one workout each day for 6 days and rest on the 7th.

Timesaver is a compilation DVD of footage from the Body Blast workouts organized into 5 workouts, again each of which includes cardio and strengthening segments, as well as 2 ab / core segments. It includes stuff from KPC, including the stability ball abs.

Just get these two, and alternate: one week CTX, one week Timesaver, and so on for 4-6 weeks; then you should be getting a fair idea of more Cathe's you want based on the modes of cardio and strength you prefer.

Great, thanks A-Jock!!

I have ordered CTX and will start with that and use with my KPC to start.

Can't wait to get it and try it!

Stayfocused, don't forget that the buddy workout on KPC, Legs & Glutes (lower body muscle conditioning focus), is very, very good, and you can rotate that on alternating days between KCP and some upper body stuff as well.
