Rotation Ideas using the 4-Day Split

Thanks I'm going to try the first rotation you posted tomorrow. Do you split and do cardio in the morning and weights in the evening?

I've been playing around doing the whole one hour and splitting the cardio in the am and wts in the pm but when I do I'm not consistent.

Hi Lainie,

I haven't tried the new DVD's as of yet, but I will after the christmas holidays.

I like your rotations and I am going to print them for future use. I have to figure out the routines first! ;-) Re-wind and then re-wind again.
