Rotation Idea with my dvds?

Hi!
I have most, if not all, of Cathe's workouts, but the ones below are the ones I want to use, before moving on to the next set...waiting for the XTrain!

CrossFire & To The Max
AfterBurn, Cardio SuperSets, Athletic Training
Intensity, HiiT, Core Cardio Circuit, Circuit Blast
Athletic Step, SuperSets, PushPull, SJP & Step Blast
IMax 1, 2, 3, Cardio & Weights, Low Impact Circuit, BodyMax 2

Can someone give me an idea of how to put these together as a rotation?

Lesia,

I could help you, but please answer the following questions.

1) How many days per week do you workout?

2) Do you prefer more circuits/weight training/cardio in your week or balanced? (example 2X weight training, 3Xcardio, 1X circuits).

3) What body part, if any, would you like to focus on? More UB definition, more LB definition, overall tone?

I like to workout at least 5 times a week. I do enjoy circuits, but would like to have two strength training a week. I just want to tone up all over.

I hope this helps. Thanks so much for your time and energy!

Here are 2 samples on what I would do for a 5X & 6X workout week schedule:
(please keep in mind you can add in a rest day whenever you like, not necessarily on the days I have selected)

Week 1
D1 - Crossfire (cardio)
D2 - SuperSets (weight training)
D3 - OFF
D4 - Cardio Super Sets (cardio)
D5 - Push Pull (weight training)
D6 - OFF
D7 - Athletic Steo (cardio) OR Circuit Blast (circuit)

Breakdown: 2X weight training, 3X cardio or 2X cardio/1X circuit

Week 2 (for a 6X workout week)
D1- To The Max (Circuit based if done in it's entirety with compound legs + core and UB focus)
D2- Step Blast (cardio)
D3 - Push Pull (weight training)
D4 - OFF
D5 - Imax 2 (cardio)
D6 - Super Sets (weight training)
D7 - SJP (cardio premix only)

Breakdown: 2X weight training, 3X cardio, 1X circuit

*For variety, any time I've put in a Circuit/Cardio workout, you can add a different one than what's listed depending on how long you want to workout, your energy/mood, ect. If in future you want to do a 90min workout like SJP or BM2, you can slot those into the weight training days, and take into consideration that you've done both cardio & weights for that day, (making your workout week shorter if preferred) OR you can chose to do the weights only premix from that workout*.

HTH! Good luck Lesia!

Thanks So Much!

I certainly appreciate this so much. Now I have an outline to go by. All my favs I can do now. Can't wait.

You are the best.
