Rotation Help

I have been reading this forum as a newbie to Cathe, and I have always found everyone to be very supportive and quick to respond. So I was a bit surprized that no one responded to my recent request for rotation help for Cathe & Yoga together:

http://69.0.137.118/dc/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=7&topic_id=5525&mesg_id=5525&page=

Is this not the right place for this type of question? Was it something I said? I am new so I don't know all the rules when it comes to posting... :(

I really could use some help figuring out how to combine 2-3 power yoga sessions (mon, wed, fri) with my Cathe library (hardcore, intesity, body blast). I am bottom heavy and need to lose about 5-10 lbs but look toned , not overly muscular. I put more detail into the original post if you want to look there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :7

Thanks,
April (gdkarma74)

April,
I don't think you did anything wrong, I just don't think that many people here consider themselves knowledgeable to help you on this subject. I know that I'm not, but you might try posting this in the open forum as it will get more exposure there. I know there a several yoga instructors and quite a few yoga practitioners who would be willing to help if they saw the post. You might also try the advanced search option as I'm sure something like this might have been put together in the past.
Hope this helps!
Mattea

April,

I am still struggling to consistently fit my yoga into weight/cardio/core rotations, so I'll watch for any responses on this.

Don't stop posting or asking, sometimes the "right" person just hasn't seen the post yet, but will eventually.

Don't be shy about "bumping" your question if it gets lost.

Have you thought of doing AM/PM splits on the days when you want to do power yoga. That's what I do.

How about HardCore Fat Loss Rotation in the mornings with power yoga in the evenings when you do heavy leg work (KickMax, LowMax, etc)or you could just do it on Mon, Wed, Fri like you mentioned before

Here's the fat loss rotation...just add yoga:

ROTATION THREE: Fat Loss...(REMEMBER TO EAT CLEAN!!!!)
Weeks 1 & 2
Mon: Imax 3 PLUS 1 Coremax seg
Tues: Musclemax
Wed: Kickmax
Thurs: Low Max
Fri: 30 min run PLUS 1 Coremax seg. PLUS 1 Stretchmax seg.
Sat: Musclemax
Sun: 2 seg of Stretchmax

Weeks 3 & 4
Mon: High Step Challenge
Tues: Lowmax
Wed: HC Extreme workout of choice
Thurs: 30 minute run PLUS 1 Coremax seg PLUS 1 Stretchmax seg
Fri: Kickmax
Sat: HC Extreme workout (different from above)
Sun: Off or Stretchmax (as many segments as desired)

As a recommendation, even though it isn't classified as "power" yoga, I love Shiva Rae's "Yoga Shakti". It has around 3.5 hours of yoga which you can either do in something like Cathe's premixes or you could use the yoga matrix and make your own program. A booklet is provided in the case that gives recommendations on how to put together programs from the matrix. It is filmed on the beaches of India and is very good!
