Since you want to lose weight...to start out you may want to do circuit/total body weight training alternated with cardio:
Day 1: BodyMax
Day 2: Step in motion
Day 3: PH
Day 4: CK
Day 5: Rest or stretch or if feeling really lively do CM but not if your body needs to rest
Day 6: Imax
Day 7: PH
Day 8: Rest
Repeat 2 or 3 times then move on to:
Day 1: Imax
Day 2: PS BB&A(lower body gets somewhat of a rest on upper body days)
Day 3: CK
Day 4: PS SL&A
Day 5: Step in motion
Day 6: PS CS&T
Day 7: BMax WU, cardio, and leg circuits only/abs of choice
Day 8: Rest
Repeat 2 or 3 times then move on to:
Day 1: S&H Legs & Shoulders
Day 2: CK
Day 3: S&H Tri's & Bi's
Day 4: Imax
Day 5: S&H Chest & Back
Day 6: BMax WU, Cardio, and leg circuits only/abs of choice
Day 7: Rest
Repeat 2 or 3 times. Also, you could spit up S&H and work only one body part a day adding on intense, short cardio every day if you prefer. Also, if xte stands for HC Extreme sub in any one of those cardio's for an Imax day or a day when you want tough cardio. Rest more if you need to...just rest a day or two then take up in the rotation where you left off. Good luck! Maybe others will have some ideas too. Also sheck out www.fitnessvideofanatics.com for more rotation ideas.

Anymore suggestions also incorporating cross tr express pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

It may be a good idea to do a couple to 4 weeks of the CTX series as produced and then go into the previously mentioned rotations. Just don't do LL and PC on consecutive days as LL is a lower body endurance weight workout and PC has some leg circuits/intervals also.

Hello again Denice. Don't be confused! If you're asking for rotations it is highly probable that you're going to get a lot of different rotations. Just keep the ones you like, start with the one that most appeals to you and when you get bored you can do the others you kept. The thing about rotations is variety. I have lists and lists of rotations, some I have made myself and some I have gotten from this site and that's great because I don't have to stick to one forever. I saw your post on the Ask Cathe forum and I think that was a great idea. I hope Cathe gives you recommendations. Good luck with everything.
