rotation help

I am not sure which hardcore rotation I should use. I am 5'2" and weigh 140lbs. I am interested in decreasing my body fat percentage but am not quite sure how to. I have read that weights help tremendously, so I don't know if I should focus on strenght training or fat loss. I know that diet and cardio are important too. Is there anyone that could tell me if I should do the strength training or fat loss rotation?

HI Beth,

If I might, I will suggest a book, READY, SET, GO! by Phil Campbell. If you read his book, I think you will really get all your questions answered. It really changed my whole concept of workouts and what one can and should do.

Again, it's READY, SET, GO! by Phil Campbell -- Cathe's workouts just naturally seem to do what he suggests -- but he'll give you good info on rotations and such, as well.
