Rotation Help

If I mentioned all the tape that I have and my goals can someone help me set up a rotation,
The tapes that I have are Step Jam, Step Heat, Step Max, Step Fit, Step Blast. Pyramid Lower Body. Ctx 10.10.10, CTX kickbox, and step intervals and All Step. and Back, Biceps and Abs. and Legs and Glutes, Ab Hits, Power Hour.
I used to wear size 5 and can't seem to get back into them, I can't afford to get new clothes so I have to slim down my hips is all. I eat pretty healthy most of the time, I do cheat now and then, not much. I can't do low carbs because my IBS doesn't like that, tried it and had to get back on my Librax so I just watch my saturated fats and transfat foods, I opt for fresh vegitables and fruit when I can. I would just like to stay healthy and slim the hips is all, but I can't seem to figure out a rotation to tone my body and slim the hips.
 
I will take a stab at this for you. Since you are primarily worried about your hips, I would concentrate on lower body weights and total body aeorbics for starters. Work in Legs and Glutes once or twice a week maybe alternating with PLB with a day or 2 inbetween,hit abs hard once or twice a week since they work along with hips in fitting into pants. Do total body cardio like a step tape which will also tone your legs also.

Something like this

Sunday-rest
Monday-Legs and Glutes
Tuesday- a step tape, like Step Jam or Step Max
Wednesday- Back, Biceps and Abs (incorporating a upper body and ab workout in one)
Thursday- Cardio like Step Blast or Step Fit
Friday- Pyramid Lower Body
Saturday- Parts of Ab hits and a cardio tape of your choice maybe Ctx 10-10-10 for triceps and the shoulder work from All Step to round out your strength workout for the week add some push ups for chest

The next week incorporate Power Hour in place of Back Biceps and abs on Wednesday.:D

How does that look?? You can alway modify where needed.

Hope that it helps some, I tried to get total upper body strength while concentrating on lower body since that is where you are having the problem.

That sounds awesome will start that tomorrow, thank you so much , I have just been doing what ever came to mind for the day, never really had a rotation going

It was kinda fun since I don't have that many to choose from myself:D
