Hi again Debbie - I want to lose 8-10 pounds. I've cleaned up the eating, incorporated more protein in my diet and I'm trying to incorporate 2 protien shakes a day. Can you help put together a rotation using the three Cathe DVD's from the intensity series? Those are Pyramids, Imax2/C&W, BC/ME. Or do you think I should stick with total body/cardio mix rotation? I'm really at a lost at how to get these last 8-10 pounds moved off my body!
