Rotation help request - for fitness freak

Hi again Debbie - I want to lose 8-10 pounds. I've cleaned up the eating, incorporated more protein in my diet and I'm trying to incorporate 2 protien shakes a day. Can you help put together a rotation using the three Cathe DVD's from the intensity series? Those are Pyramids, Imax2/C&W, BC/ME. Or do you think I should stick with total body/cardio mix rotation? I'm really at a lost at how to get these last 8-10 pounds moved off my body!

Yes, KPC, LIC,LIS, and I Tvo'd Step Blast. I also have MM and 4DS but I've done 4Ds and MM last 2 months off and on. I was looking for something that would push me over the platue edge and help me lose 5-8 (ideally 10) pounds of fat and start to see the muscle.

Week 2:
Mon.: Bootcamp

Thu.: PUB skip ab work
Fri.: KP&C do ab work
Sat.: PLB
Sun.: C&W cardio only premix

Week 3:
Mon.: ME
Tue.: Step Blast
Wed.: Off
Thu.: ME Upper Body premix 2x's through & ab work
Fri.: LIC cardio only premix
Sat.: ME Lower Body premix 2x's through
Sun.: KP&C no abs

Week 4:
Mon.: Bootcamp
Tue.: Imax 2
Wed.: Off
Thu.: BC Upper Body only 2x's through plus MM ab work
Fri.: LIS
Sat.: BC Lower Body only 2x's through
Sun.: Step Blast
