My name is Alisa and I am coming out of lurkerland! I've enjoyed everyone's informative posts and am grateful for all of them. I was wondering if someone could come up with a rotation for me. I am looking to lose 10 pounds by Oct 28 as I will be in a wedding-AHHH!
I'm 5'2", 123 pounds, 32 years old. I've had three c sections, the last being 3 years ago Friday!

PS I also have access to a treadmill, elliptical and rower. I get bored easily, can you tell??
