rotation help please

Hi everyone,

My name is Alisa and I am coming out of lurkerland! I've enjoyed everyone's informative posts and am grateful for all of them. I was wondering if someone could come up with a rotation for me. I am looking to lose 10 pounds by Oct 28 as I will be in a wedding-AHHH!

I'm 5'2", 123 pounds, 32 years old. I've had three c sections, the last being 3 years ago Friday!

I have the following Cathe DVDs:

CoreMax
RS+MIC+Imax
Imax 2/CW
Imax 3
SJP/SB
Muscle Max
BC/ME
S/H Series
GS Series
Pyramids
KPC/LG
Cardio Kicks/CM
KickMax
LowMax
Stretch Max
I realize this takes time out of your busy day but I would greatly appreciate ANY ideas! Thanks!!:)

PS I also have access to a treadmill, elliptical and rower. I get bored easily, can you tell??:p
 
Actually if you checkout the post listing all of Cathe's Rotations, I'm sure you'll be able to find one to fit your needs. Good Luck! Remember....in losing those last 10 lbs, DIET plays a more important role than your workouts!
 
Thanks for the reply! I guess where I'm having trouble is that I don't know where to substitute for workouts I don't have. I wonder what the basic format for a rotation is, ie "when to do a cardio and of what type etc". I guess I'll just look up a fat loss rotation and try to sub with what I have.
