Cathlete
Hi everyone,
I'm pretty new to Cathe and only have 2 of her workout dvds, namely Timesaver and Terminator. I have also recently purchased Slow and Heavy which should arrive any day.
I would really like to try and figure out an effective 6 day rotation using Cathe and some workouts that I have.
I also have the following:
Firm: standing legs, tough tape 2, upper body sculpting, 5 day abs
Winsor: advanced body slimming, accelerated workout, buns and thigh
Gin Miller: original step reebok workout
Kathy Smith: Kickboxing workout, step workout, lift weights to lose weight 2, bun and thigh sculpting
Lotte Berk: Ab sculpting
Hilary Burnett: Basic and intermediate pilates workouts
Rodney Yee: Power Yoga
My goals are to:
a) lose some weight
b) firm up my pear shaped hips and thighs
c) build up my severely underdeveloped upper body!
Any rotation suggestions would be very welcome.
Thanks everyone!
Josie
