Rotation Frequency Question - Thanks in advance !!

Hi everyone !

The question I have is once I complete a rotation (in this instance I am doing Fitnessfreak's Get ready for summer rotation, and it's great! ) do I do the same rotation for another 4 weeks or do I change to another rotation that focuses on the same thing that will help me meet my goal - weight loss ? Thank you so much in advance for the great advice that I know I am going to receive!!
 
If you are seeing results and you want to stick with your current rotation for another 2 to 4 weeks, go for it! A lot of people tend to do a rotation for 4 to 6 weeks and then change it up to keep on seeing results. If you are enjoying and/or seeing the results you want to see, I don't see a need for you to change it up until you get board and/or hit a plateau. Lately, I've thrown rotations out the window, b/c I found I was stressing over a missed session or being too tired to do what was "planned." I'm thinking about sticking to one though for 4 weeks or so, to see if I notice a difference now that I've been "winging" it.
