rotation for weight loss

I am short with a muscular lower body. I am looking for a rotation that would not bulk up my lower body and help me to lose weight.

I was just looking at them. I just finished the month rotation with the LIS and this really bulked up my lower body. Previously I had done a the Supreme 90 day work out and lost an inch off of my legs and butt, so I was disappointed when this came back plus more after the LIS workouts. Step is what really builds bulk in my legs. I might try the new rotation.
