Rotation for the new workout?

I was wondering what would be your rotation like with the new workouts?
Mine probably will be like these:
Mon- STS TB
Tues- Intensity
Wed-Lower body Blast
Thur- Run 60 mins
Fri- High reps
Sat- Imax 2
Sun-REST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What do you think?? Is that OK or maybe change a little bit?
 
That sounds good! I like to take 2-3 days off a week to rest though. I like to go heavy on the weights and I read that it can take muscles up to 5 days to heal themselves so I try to only work upper body twice a week and lower body twice a week. I split the upper body up into sections like biceps and triceps one day and chest and shoulders another day.
