Rotation for the Cathe workouts I have

Hello,

I am new to the forum and discovered Cathe about a year ago when I bought The Step and one of her videos was in it. Since then I have added to my collection. She is a phenomenal instructor. I need a rotation that incorporates the workouts that I own. (see listed below). I also run two to three times a week (3 to 5 miles per run). I love exercising but I am not very knowledgeable about how to combine workouts. I also do The Firm but not as much since I discovered Cathe. Also of note and concern is that even though I am at a high fitness level, i.e. can finish Hardcore Extreme and other advanced Cathe workouts, I do have rheumatoid arthritis and am very careful about overworking my joints, especially the wrists and ankles. Please see list below. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks so much.

Body Max (this thing about killed me the first time I did it but I finished it... LOL

You have a goog collection I can not wait to but new routines but I max 3 kicked my tail after a week rest from it. You will stop using the firm b/c it is boring and your bo can feel it is no challenge any more. Take it easy. Give your self enough time to recover between the high impact work outs.
 
thanksRoxy... I posted this the first day I was on the forum. Since then, I've picked up a couple of more of Cathe's w/o's, barbell set, etc. and have really kicked up my workout routine thanks to the great people on this forum and their advice and just reading what others are doing. I've learned a lot in these few short weeks.
