Rotation for body fat reduction

Hi Cathe!
I know you get a lot of questions on rotations, but I really need some advice. I am not crazy about weight lifting. I always seem to put if off, and I have been concentrating mostly on cardio for the last year, with a combination of classes at my gym , and your tapes (I have MIC, Interval Max, CTX series) usually 3-4 times a week. I know I need to include weights in my rotation at least 2x a week, because I have not seen any significant reduction in body fat from just doing cardio. I have the PS series, Power Hour & CTX series for weights. I find Power Hour to be the most enjoyable and challenging also since I am not a regular weight lifter. My goal is to lose about 10 pounds, and reduce my body fat. I want to have some definition in my arms and legs, but I am not interested in building a lot of muscle. I designed the following rotation to start with (Cardio 5x per week, weights 2x per week) Any comments or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Mon: Cardio: (Step class at gym, 60 minutes)
Tue: Weights: Power Hour, Cardio: 10.10.10
Wed: Cardio: either class at gym or MIC
Thurs:Cardio: Kickboxing
Fri: Weights: Power Hour
Sat: Cardio: Interval Max
Sun: REST

Hi Amy! That looks great. Good variety for cardio as well as starting with a weight activity that you find you can do/enjoy. After the results kick in you may be inspired to branch out into other weight workouts as well. Good Luck!
