Here is one. I have been using the premixes from day one
Monday: chest, shoulders and back premix
Tuesday: Kickbox cardio only and Lower body weights (includes calves)
Wednesday: Double cardio (both step workouts) add core work from both dvd's
Thursday: Cardio Power premix, Back and Biceps premix
Friday: Lower intensity step repeat if you like add core
Saturday: Bootcamp Circuit lower body This could be changed for the high intensity circuit from the step dvd.
Sunday rest
The Circuits an be switched each week doing the Low intensuty one and the bootcamp upper one
