rotation feedback please

I posted this on the rotation thread, but I thought I'd post it here too, just in case.

Hello!

I am just a beginner at making rotations and I was wondering if anyone could share their wisdom with me on this one.

My goals are to lose fat, strengthen my legs and core for my horseback riding but not necesarily to build upper body bulk.

Saturday - Kickmax cardio premix (without leg drills) and Muscle Max

Sunday - Low Max and any Core Workout

Monday - High Step Challenge

Tuesday - Any Cathe cardio (any series) and any Core Workout

Wednesday - IMAX2 or IMAX3 (lowest step height or no step to start)

Thursday - Gym Style Legs and Core Workout

Friday - Rest

I don't remember if Muscle Max or the HS Challenge have core work already.

Hi,

Did you see the index of rotations in the Rotation section? There are at least 3 different ones that focus on Fat Burning. I'm doing a combination of a couple of them right now.
 
You might need more Lower body weight workouts to strengthen...do you have any other lower body?...Carole
 
I have just about every Cathe workout.

I have lots of time...:)...I would add another weight workout on Sunday, either the Pyramid Lower body or Pure Strength for strengthening you legs...:)...Carole
