rotation confussion?!?! please help. . .

CATHE. . I'VE HAD YOUR TAPES FOR ALOMST ONE YR NOW AND HAVE USED THEM WHILE GOING BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THE FIRM AND YOU. I CONSIDER MYSELF TO BE ADVNACED EXERCISER AS I CAN MAKE IT THROUGH AN ENTIRE VIDEO OF YOURS AND CANT WAIT TO DO ANOTHER. I'VE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS NOW ON AND OFF BUT ONLY FOR 2 YEARS CONTINUOUSLY. I'M 5'5 AND HAVE GONE FROM 150 TO 117. I'VE PUT BACK ON 10 POUNDS IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS. I KNOW SOME IS MUSCLE, BUT ITS ALSO DUE TO NOT EATING CLEAN AND SKIPPING MEALS AS I GO THE ENTIRE DAY WITH ONLY A VERY SMALL BREAKFAST AND THEN EAT ALL MY CALORIES AT NIGHT. BUT EVEN THEN I STILL CONSUME ABOUT 12-1500 MAX. I WORK OUT 5-7 DAYS A WK FOR ATLEAST 1 HR. BUT I'VE NEVER DONE A ROTATION BECUASE I'VE STAYED MORE WITH THE FIRM(MAINLY BECAUSE ITS ROUTINE)
BUT I'VE BEGUN TO COMMIT TO YOUR STYLE BECAUSE I FEEL MORE CHALLENGED WHEN DOING SO.

****MY QUESTION IS I WOULD LIKE TO ENTER INTO MS. FITNESS COMPETITIONS HERE IN THE NEAR FUTURE, AND AM GOING TO THE ONE COMING UP IN SEPT. IN LAS VEGAS (ITS WHERE I LIVE) AND I KNOW YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD. WHAT ROTATION WOULD YOU SUGGEST FOR DROPPING BODY FAT,(10LBS) AND GAINING DEFITNITION FOR THE "CUTS" REQUIRED TO PLACE WELL. I KNOW I'M BY FAR AN AMATURE IN THE FIELD BUT WOULD LOVE TO START SOMEWHERE AND MY ROUTINE AND DIET ARE FIRST. . .PLEASE HELP IN ANY WAY YOU CAN. . .

aLSO WHAT WEIGHT DO YOU CONSIDER TO BE A GOOD WEIGHT TO ENTER AT? i CAN GAIN MUSCLE PRETTY EASY AND CAN LIFT THE SAME OR MORE AS WHAT YOU RECOMMED IN YOUR VIDEOS. I HAVE THE INT. SERIES, BODY BLAST SERIES, TERMINATOR, TIME SAVOR, RHYTHMIC STEP, AB HITS, CLASSIC HITS AND JUST PRE ORDERED THE NEW ONES, ALSO I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE SOME OTHER CHALLENGING ONES IF YOU HAVE SOME SUGGESTIONS. SORRY THIS WAS SO LONG. . ;(
