rotation check-ins this month?

I'd really like to join one here as it keeps me motivated.

It's been 3 weeks since I've worked out. Got sick , then had a nasty UTI then I got blasted with the Flu.
So I'm ready to start again .

Tommorrow the kiddos go back to school and I'll be back to my routines.

I'm not sure if I'll start Cathe's Jan. 2004 rotation or try to the Dec 2003's rotation as I got sick.

Good thing though I didn't gain any holiday weight thank goodness

I was also wondering if anyone was going to be doing a check-in for Cathe's January rotation. I've never really joined a check-in, but I am going to try and follow the New Year's Resolution and thought it might be helpful if there were others doing it as well.

So, I started today and did Body Max for the 1st time ever. I really enjoyed it and found it relatively easy to follow (the choreography wasn't as tricky as some of her new stuff). I found myself getting tired because of the length, especially since I haven't been sleeping or eating so well the past few weeks (due to the holidays). I am dreading following this up with MIC tomorrow!

Hopefully there are others out here who want to check-in too.

we're starting up our old rotation again (used to be Fit for Xmas- now its Flab Blaster)... we mix up our rotations and you can do which one works for you. We use it more as a general check-in to keep ourselves on track. We'd love to have you if you want to check it out. :)
