Rotation Calendar?

Hi I'm new to cathe's videos and I'm wondering if Cathe has a video rotation calendar available?Sort of like the FIRM rotation calendar.I really need some ideas on which videos to buy and be able to rotate them without overtraining.Thank you in advance for replies.

I'm not aware of anything like the Firm's calendar that Cathe puts out herself, BUT, there are a number of rotations that folks from the forum have created. They include recommendations from Cathe in the form of answers to questions from the Ask Cathe forum. (they're specific to certain people's needs but are very useful)
