Rotation Calendar for RWH

I'm soooo close to Pre-Ordering RWH, but just checking - will it come with a rotation calendar so I know which ones to do when?

Yes, we will have a User Guide online that will contain several rotations

I know I am impatient but I am getting so excited about these new workouts. Do you know when the rotations will be available? I love to plan out my workouts so if I got the rotations before the workouts, I wouldn't complain.
