I'm in my second week of a modified Tank Top Rotation. I've been watching my diet a bit more and that's still far from perfect, but after my 1st week of this rotation I'm already seeing the beginning of some definition in my triceps/shoulders area. I plan on doing this rotation for a month. What rotation would be a good one to do next?? I'm worried about losing what definition I'm already starting to see.
