I hate to admit it at this late stage but I'm still stalling at doing my 1r tests. I feel like I won't really be getting a balanced workout the few weeks it's going to take me to do it. I've gotten some very nice help in the past few weeks as to how others did their tests but I'm still stuck and need a plan to follow. I have done Cathe's rotations for years and years and before Cathe's I did Firm (very long time ago ) rotations. I just fall apart if I have to do it myself and then I don't exercise. I'm ADD and my brain starts spinning and then I get overwhelmed by my choices and then I do nothing. I only want to spend about 60 min or so a day 5 to 6 days and I want to feel healthy and balanced at the end of the week. I don't belong to a gym and I don't go outside. Here in Minnesota it's too cold for me to run/walk outside.
I will say prayers of thanks and send good thoughts to someone who can help me make a rotation for getting my 1r in and not get overwhelmed.
