My college roommate is so crazy about going to aerobics all the time (even if she's extremely tired and really needs to rest) and skips meals.
This really bugs me because during the summer when I'm not around her much, I have a healthy attitude - I work out 4xs a week but eat what I want - and am happy with myself.
But during the school year, when she's around, I feel like I'm in competition with her for some reason. I'll feel bad after I have pizza for lunch, because I know she had a salad. Or if I only do cardio 3xs and she's done it 5xs, I feel bad.
Does anyone have any suggestions/advice on this? Thanks sooo much!
