Hi All,
So I'm finally coming out of lurkdom after much too long!! Hope I can contribute some worthy posts and add some value to this great group of friends :D
 
Forgive me since I'm still trying to figure out this forum stuff. I've been lurking since I discovered Cathe in 2002, but have been lurking more often lately and feel like I should come out of my shell and join the group.

No worries about learning how to use the forums. We all started somewhere! :)

Come on in and enjoy the forums. I lurked for a long time and learned A LOT. When I started posting regularly I found I actually had some good imput.

Yes, I certainly "know" some posters here and know that this is a great group. I'm a married Mom of 2 adorable (biased, of course) DDs living in the Florida Keys. I used to be an avid runner until I had my first DD (now almost 7) then I discovered that I could get the intensity of an outdoor run right at home with Cathe while my DD napped and on my schedule. I up at 4:30 am for my workouts before work. I love Cathe, P90X, BBC (original set), some yoga and thanks to you all have joined the kettlebell fans :cool:
 
Welcome! I lurked for a while too, back in 06. Now I wonder how I was even able to keep my mouth shut!
