Roku Users - Help Us Test Our New Roku OnDemand Channel

Hello Willow. I just confirmed that our channel is in fact enabled for Canada (it is actually enabled for "Rest of World") so that can't be the problem. I am checking with Roku's developer forums and it seems to be a common problem, yet I am not finding any answers on what causes it. I will let you know if I uncover any information that can help you.

Hello. I signed up for the OnDeamand and am trying to link to my Roku. I do not see a place to enter the code I received on my account page. Can anyone assist? Thank you.
 
Hi ncaison, please try again to enter the code at the bottom of your "My Account" page. We updated the site and you may have caught it just at the time that the software was being installed. Also, make sure to refresh the page so that you get the most recent version of it.
