Rock Bottoms, the workout

I am very familiar with Cathe's Rock Bottoms rotations, although I had NO idea Cathe also has a workout VHS by that same name!! Just noticed this.
I have no intention of collecting any VHS tapes, lol, in fact I purchase downloads 80% of the time over DVDs.
Just out of my pure curiosity, who has/had this and what is it like?

Do you remember 1992? I'm guessing this is very dated. I know there are workouts she chose to not stream because the original copy was bad shape or she felt the exercise they were doing were outdated. I'm thinking along the lines of people wearing ankle weights while doing step. I'm sure we would call that a bad move now.

When I first heard about Cathe, I bought Rock Bottoms on ebay as my first Cathe video (this was about 3 years ago). I almost didn't order any more of her videos based on this (as it was very dated and seemed really silly to me) and was a breath away from not entering into the Cathe world of fitness altogether. There was a great deal of silliness with fitness in the eighties era, but there is something I like about it too. lol.
