Morning Ladies,

Well I'm changing the rotation a bit, because of the weekend coming up. I just have so many things going on that I don't think the weekend will see me exercising. So instead of doing Imax3, (I'm not up for the jumping jacks) I will be doing a 30 min Interval Run and PS Chest, Shoulders & Triceps.

Today I did Gym Style Chest & Triceps instead of Pure Strength. I managed to do the entire set of push ups on my toes...yippee! I'm skipping BBW today due to shin splints. I'm thinking I may double up BBW tomorrow instead. This week I too am shifting around the order of the rotation as we're going away for the Canada day weekend.

I don't have IM3 so I did LM and added the BBW workout and boy was I having trouble getting back upstairs! :)
