Ok, I guess the secret is out already. We're using robots in the new Ripped With HiiT videos because they don't ever make mistakes, can jump higher, and don't need an active recovery between work intervals. This reduces filming time and costs. I guess this blows the surprise update for tomorrow?

Seriously though, robots (aka spiders) visit every site on the web. There are good robots and bad robots.The good robots visit our site from places like google where they obtain data to be used in their Google search engine. Bad robots are used by hackers to obtain and steal information like you saw with Target and recently Home Depot.
