Someone talked about the best part of the time with Cathe and crew being all the behind the scenes info about the filming of the videos, etc.

I (we?) want to hear more of that sort of thing!

Cedie was saying they get dry mouth a lot, and when they turn their backs to the camera they're sometimes trying to stop/undo the inside of their lips from sticking to their teeth! :)

Lorraine said that sometimes she wants to break during filming, so her hubby told her she should throw herself on the floor, so they have to cut. She laughed and said she has never done that yet...either that or trip Brenda. LOL! They were so funny!

They also said sometimes they whisper jokes to eachother and then try not to laugh.

From what I gathered from Brenda, those faces she makes are authentic. She is totally about to die but apparently Cathe keeps going & could keep going forever. Brenda is a triathlete, mind you, but apparently Cathe is still the toughest.

They also put Vaseline on their teeth to help them keep smiling throughout the filming!
 
Cedie said that the husband's stand in the background shoving food in their mouths while also rubbing their bellies. The hubbies think it encourages the crew to finish that last set, rep or filming. The crew is usually starving. Cedie said they have tables set-up with tons of food in the background...just like the stars do.

I heard Cedie say that all that smiling was Fake....but she may have been joking. I can't imagine it being fake they are all so silly and a hoot to be around.

Cedie and Lorraine were asked how they got such cut arms...they responded by saying "eat more cake!" They were at the time biting into Cathe's birthday cake. The real answer was diet, very clean diet. An even cleaner diet to prepare for filming.

When I took one of my pictures with Lorraine-- she was joking about her cheeks hurting from all the smiling and I told her she needs vaseline like Ms. America. She laughed and said they do that sometimes during filming---- can you imagine vaseline in your mouth while filming one of Cathe's workouts?! Ick.
 
Sometimes when the camera cuts away and shows just Cathe, it's because the rest of them are dying and can't do any more reps! She just keeps going and going though.
 
Cedie confessed that sometimes even SHE loses count, and has to turn around and ask another crew member what number they're on. :D
 
Cedie said that sometimes she and the rest of the crew count really loud so the microphones will pick it up and Cathe cannot add any more "bonus" reps!
