Checking in late because I had tennis lessons tonight (got rained out last week). I did Timesaver #2 this morning.
Jennifer-I work out in the mornings around 6am and seem to do better on an empty stomach. I just drink my liquid vitamins beforehand. Hope you and your son got good news today.
