Risers for Bollinger Step

Hi Everyone,

I've been reading the Cathe forums religiously for a couple of years now and I've finally decided to jump in and ask a question! Hurray!

The Intensity Series is so awesome and I've noticed subtle changes in a mere 2 weeks! Again, Hurray!

Now for my question. When I received the SH series, I gave away my old step and purchased a Bollinger Super Step. Now that I've received the Intensity Series, using 1 set of risers seems a bit tall for Imax 2 and other cardio portions. On the other hand, simply using just the board is too easy.

Any idea if Bollinger makes a "shorter" riser for this particular step? Or do I have to go out and buy another step?
Any assistance from the educated crowd would be appreciated!

Keep up the hard work everyone!

Jen

Hi Jen,
I'm orginally from Chicago myself. Okay now to your question. Yes, you will have to buy another step, this based on the assumption that the Super step that you are referring to is the black step that Cathe uses as a bench in the S & H series. Cathe herself stated that that step should be used strictly as a weight bench and not a step for aerobics. Due to the fact that its shorter than the "Orginal" step and the risers that come with it make it too high to use safely for aerobics. You can go here http://www.fwonline.com they sell steps and any other equipment that you may need. Hope that helps.
