I actually LOVE Jari Love. Her DVDs really lean and tone my body because of the high reps - no bulking, and I do tend to bulk up especially w/ heavy weights. It seemed like I lost more body fat, too. I have S&L, R&C and RTTC and use them regularly. I do have to use something else for abs, though. I usually do upper body on one day and lower on the next day so I can get more cardio in during the week.
