I'm finishing up another round of STS and I'm trying to decide which of these series to purchase. I finished the Strong and Sweaty series a while back. Just wondering what you would say are the key differences between these two and what you noticed as far as results? Also, I prefer a 3 month program (like STS or Ultimate Yogi) ... are either of these better to work into a 3 month program?
