Cathe,
First let me say I do enjoy watching your programs. I've seen all the others and I must admit I don't particularly care for them. You are the real deal seriously. My question is I injured my shoulder in a martial arts workout and then lifting weights on a machine in Bally's gym. It has been years and my shoulder still won't allow me to do certain strength exercises. I can't do as many push ups and sometimes I have to ease into things or get the kink out of my shoulder. Can you recommend any exercise to strengthen the shoulder. Maybe I tore something when lifting the weight (over 10 years ago) but just need to rebuild the muscle. I dont' know, its just frustrating. I've started back exercising and doing self martial arts training and it feels good to do but still my right shoulder prevents me from doing some strength exercises like the roman chair to lift my body weight. I'm open for any suggestion you may have. Thank you in advance thank you for being real in getting people in shape. You're awesome.
