Right bicep bigger than left

Hi everyone! I have been doing the Gym Style Chest & Triceps and the Gym Style Back, Shoulders & Biceps since March of this year. I have really been noticing some major changes (which I love! Thanks Cathe!).

My only problem is that my right arm is bigger than my left (I'm right handed). I lift the same weight & do the same amount of reps for each arm. What can I do that will help my left arm catch up? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Take care!

decrease the weight you lift on your right side by a couple of pounds (maintenance) while continuing to challenge your left side (muscle building)

I have had the same problem for years. My right bicep and tricep tend to be bigger than the left. I'm right handed, so I'm sure some of it is that I utilize my right more for carrying things, etc. I've tried to do extra reps on the smaller side, but have never really been able to get it to catch up. Let me know if it works for you.
