Hi Cathe! Here's my question.....is rhthymic step a specific type of step aerobics or just a clever title for you latest video?? I dont belong to a gym so I wasnt sure if rhythmic step was the newest thing in step workouts or not. Either way, I'm buying your tapes
Hi Stacy! "Rhythmic Step" is a title that I came up with that I thought would express the feeling of the workout. I play with the rhythm of many basic steps. But the basic step will always be shown first so those who do not wish to do the rhythmic version have an option
