Rhythmic Step DVD premixes

Can someone tell me what the premixes are for this DVD? I'm pretty sure I'd really like Rhythmic Step, but I'm wondering about the premixes on the DVD.

I'd also love your opinions on Interval Max & MIC. I LOVE Imax2, but I'm not sure if I'd like Imax1 or MIC.

I'm not convinved Cathe was doing premixes when she compiled this one. Anyone know different?

Marla, she doesn't really have any premixes, per se, on this DVD. What a shame. She includes Imax & MIC, which are great, but as far as premix, you'll have to make your own. It's not so bad though. It's easier to mish-mosh with the DVD than the VHS. I know I've followed a lot of Aquajock's mish-moshes that include this DVD.I used to have them on VHS.
