Reunited...and it feels so good

We moved to Mexico City a year ago and put all belongings in storage in New Jersey. We just moved into an unfurnished house and commissioned our shipment from the US. Our stuff arrived on Tuesday.

My husband came to me with a big box marked "DVDs" and said "I don't think these are mine".

It was all my Cathe DVDs. My babies are home!!! I cannot wait to use them and all of the gym equipment I have missed.

I'm so happy!

How exciting! It's like Christmas all over again, isn't it? That's the way I always felt whenever we moved and had to wait for all our stuff to get to us with the movers! Don't overdose! LOL! Enjoy your time in Mexico City, too!

It is totally like Christmas the first day. Then it's like 3 weeks of cleaning up after Christmas

If you can't image being without your Cathe DVDs, just think that I preordered STS. So I have had it this whole time and not been able to do it yet!

I am dying to do a rotation but I've been doing Insanity so I know I need to do a bit of lifting before jumping into STS or I won't be able to move.

I think I'm going to start with Gym Styles this week, do Pyramids next week then if I recover relatively quickly, do the 1RMs and start STS the week after that.

I have missed Cathe so much. I can't wait to see her in STS!

I actually had no idea who sang that song, so I guess that's the thing I learned today (and I am refusing to learn anything else for the rest of the day).

I did Gym Style Legs and the first day of the 100 pushup challenge.

Now, I'm not totally positive because by this point I was blinded by pain, but I'm pretty sure that on the second set of calf raises my calves were shooting out actual flames.

I intend to test the theory next time by taping marshmallows to them...for post-workout s'mores.
